ORDERING
Can I send to more than one recipient at a time?
Each order can only have one address, so if you would like to send to multiple recipients at multiple addresses, you'll need to place separate orders for each.

Can I build a custom gift package?
Not at this time. All of our packages are thoughtfully curated so although we don't allow for substitutions within packages, we hope that you can find something that you like!

PACKAGING
What do the gift packages look like?
All of our gift packages will arrive in a gift box with your personalized note inside.

How do I include a personal note?
To add a personal note, or simply sign your name as you want it to appear to the recipient, visit your Cart page.

I don't know what to write in a personal note. Can you help?
When someone's going through a difficult time, it can be hard to find the right words. We find keeping it short and simple is best. Even just "Thinking of you" or "You've got this" can mean a lot. Speak from the heart – you can't go wrong.

Do you include pricing information when you deliver the gift packages?
No. Since we are a gift-based company, we do not include any pricing information inside our packaging. However, we do include a standard packing slip with no price info.

SHIPPING
How long does it take to ship your gift packages?
We offer complimentary free shipping on all of our packages.  They will be delivered via the USPS or UPS and will arrive within 2-7 business days.

Will you deliver to hospitals?
We will ship to hospitals, but we do not recommend doing so. Hospital mail rooms can be very slow in sorting and delivering packages and in the meantime, a lot can change with the intended recipient (patients often get discharged early or change rooms unexpectedly, etc). Tracking down a package after it's arrived at a hospital can be tricky. We can't guarantee or ensure delivery to hospitals so you'll accept full responsibility if the package is delayed or lost. 

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we're only able to ship to addresses in the United States.

RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We only accept returns if the items are defective or damaged. If you need to return a gift package, please send us an email at beyondflowersandfood@gmail.com.
